Sliding screen door service: $159
Our standard sliding screen door service includes replacement of damaged mesh with standard fiberglass, cleaning and lubrication of the rollers and track, and door-height adjustment. We inspect the door before starting and explain any additional repair or replacement parts it needs.

What is wrong with your screen door?
Torn, loose or pet-damaged mesh
If the frame is sound, we can replace the mesh and spline without replacing the whole door. Pet-resistant mesh is an option when claws or repeated pushing have damaged standard mesh. We can discuss its appearance and airflow before you choose.
A door that drags, jumps or comes off the track
Grit in the track, worn rollers and incorrect door height can all affect how a sliding screen door moves. We check those parts together. Cleaning and adjustment may solve the problem; damaged rollers or track components may need additional work.
A bent frame or a latch that will not line up
A door that has been pushed out of square can rub, leave gaps or miss its latch. We check whether adjustment is enough and whether the frame can still support a lasting repair. If a latch or other part needs replacing, we discuss the available fit and price first.
When a new sliding screen door makes sense
A missing door or a badly bent frame may be better replaced. We measure the opening and build a door to fit, then check its movement and closure after installation.

If the heavy glass patio door is the part that sticks, it needs sliding glass door service. The current service price is $245 for a standard door up to 36 × 80 inches, or $345 for a larger door. Rollers and fixed-panel removal, when needed, cost extra; see the pricing page for those details.

- Send a photo of the whole door if you can. It tells us the size and the problem before we load the van.
- We service or rebuild the door on site, clean the track, and re-hang it.
- You slide the door yourself before we leave.

Can you replace just the screen mesh?
Yes, when the door frame is still in usable condition. Our $159 standard sliding screen door service includes new standard mesh, roller and track cleaning and lubrication, and height adjustment.
Are new rollers included in the $159 service?
The standard service includes cleaning and lubricating the existing rollers. If replacement parts are needed, we inspect the door and confirm the additional work and price before proceeding.
Should I repair the old door or buy a new one?
Repair is often suitable when the frame is sound and the problem is mesh, dirt or adjustment. A badly damaged or missing frame calls for a replacement. We check the condition and explain the options before you decide.
Can you help with a swinging screen door?
Send a photo of the door and the problem. We can assess re-screening and repair options for the particular frame and hardware. The $159 service described above is for sliding screen doors.
